Delorme Coiffure & Beauté, a family business specialising in the distribution of products, equipment and furniture for hairdressing, bearding and beauty salons, has entrusted the LYRIS group with its construction project located in CROISSY BEAUBOURG on the new ZAC de Lamirault developed by EpaMarne EpaFrance. Designed by AXiomE Architecture and in partnership with SCAMAC-IMMO, this future building with a total surface of 4.500 m² will meet the needs of storage, offices and sales area of our client. Resolutely modern and atypical, this customer-oriented complex will be equipped with modern facilities including a training room, a showroom and a cash & carry area. This new tool will allow Delorme Coiffure & Beauté to make the most of the surfaces designed with user-friendly spaces for the comfort and development of the employees. In order to integrate perfectly into its environment, and to optimize the comfort of the user, the roofs will be vegetated. LYRIS will start work at the end of 2021 for a provisional delivery in November 2022.
