Integration of Project Management

For legal and insurance reasons, the LYRIS group created ENGILYR in 2016 to take charge of the project management and thus dissociate the responsibilities between LYRIS which holds the contracts (Developer in the case of CPI) and ENGILYR which executes them (Project Manager).

Thus, ENGILYR is in charge of the design (management of the design offices and architects) and implementation (coordination and monitoring of the work carried out by the suppliers).

It should be noted that LYRIS may in certain cases delegate the project management to independent project managers in whom it has confidence, depending on ENGILYR’s workload, and who remain in close contact with the group’s operational management.

BIM integration

LYRIS offers its clients the option of managing their projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling).

BIM is an intelligent process based on a 3D model that includes all the graphical and non-graphical information of a project and therefore offers the possibility to manage a project from A to Z in a completely digital way.

This process enables the design and documentation of building and infrastructure projects. All information is modeled and supplied in the BIM digital model. The model can be used for analysis purposes to explore different project versions and can also be used to create visualizations to have a better understanding of the building before it is built “in situ”.
The model is then used to generate project documentation for implementation and to limit execution phase mistakes.

The benefits of BIM :

manage a project in a simplified, collaborative and faster way

effectively coordinate the project actors

U

reduce mistakes by detecting anomalies in the design phase
