Founded in 2010, LYRIS is a General Building Contractor located north of Paris, between the airports of Le Bourget and Roissy. The company operates throughout France to carry out turnkey refurbischment, restructuring, compliance (also in terms of ICPE) or new construction for any type of work. Nevertheless, LYRIS is specialized in the industrial and logistic sectors and has a panel of suppliers and partners also specialized and recognized in these sectors.

 

A legitimate actor in the sector  

 

From the beginning of its existence, LYRIS responds to the expectations of its customers by displaying an availability and a non-standard technical support, which allows it to be known and recognized as a legitimate player in the market by the contractors who are investors, developers or operators of the logistics sphere.

 

A fast evolution

 

In 2017, LYRIS generated almost 25 million euros excluding turnover in a relatively complex market where players are multiplying. But this very strong evolution in a short time is mainly due to two phenomena:

 

  • An average size of the operations entrusted which is in a very sharp increase, with a financial capacity to treat operations whose value exceeds €10 M HT.   

  • LYRIS disposed internally a technical and regulatory know-how, which is essential to understand operations that concern existing sites, sometimes old, and often in operation.

The restructuring and compliance of real estate assets classified as ICPE (Installations Classified for the Protection of the Environment) constitute a niche given the aging of the assets in question and the scarcity of land, which is pushing owners and other investors performance quest to reinvigorate their portfolio. But these operations require a very important technical and human investment to ensure the definition of the perimeter of the works and to estimate their value, unlike most new construction operations which show only very few hazards and need for experience.
