DELORME, a family business specialising in the distribution of products, equipment and furniture for hairdressing, bearding and beauty salons, has entrusted LYRIS with its construction project located in CROISSY BEAUBOURG on the new ZAC de Lamirault developed by the EPA MARNE. Designed by AXIOME Architecture, this future building with a total surface of 4500 m² will meet the needs of storage, offices and a sales area of our cleint. Resolutely modern and atypical, this customer-oriented complex will be equipped with modern facilities including a training room, a showroom and a cash & carry area. In order to integrate perfectly into its environment and to optimize the comfort of the user, the roofs will be vegetated.
