GLP Europe renews its confidence and turns to the LYRIS group to carry out the second phase of work on its warehouse located in SAINT-GERMAIN-LES-ARPAJON (91), south of Paris. The works include the restructuring of the northern part of the building to meet the needs of a new tenant. Work on this second phase starts this week! This new stage comes 1 month after the delivery of Tranche 1 which included
- the increase in capacity and ICPE headings over a total area of approximately 47,800 m²,
- the specific development of 3 cells with a total surface area of approximately 15,000 m²,
- renovation of existing offices,
- the repair of the asphalt.
