Delivery SEGRO DUGNY tranche 1

SEGRO France entrusted the LYRIS Group, at the beginning of the year, with the technical and architectural rehabilitation and compliance with ICPE standards of its logistics building of 24,000 m2 of warehouse space and 900 m2 of offices and social premises located in Dugny (93) north of Paris. After a little more than 7 months of work, we delivered a completely revamped building with a new skin of cladding in the SEGRO France colours. This mission was successfully completed thanks to SEGRO France. Thanks to NR CONSEIL and NR ARCHITECTURE, but also to SIDEL INGENIERIE who accompanied LYRIS throughout the project as Execution Manager.
