ARGAN – VENDENHEIM

Designed by ATELIER M3 on behalf of Auchan, the project has been signed under a BEFA agreement with Argan as investor, which has signed a new lease with the supermarket chain. Located to the north of Strasbourg, this future multi-temperature refrigerated building of more than 21,000 m2 includes the headings 1511, 4735 and 2925 under the declaration regime. This building benefits from a BREEAM GOOD environmental certification.
